Troubleshooting and Solutions: - If the product stops heating after 5-10 minutes, the inner cup may not be properly in place after reassembly. Ensure the inner tank is screwed in tightly. - If the mug doesn't work in the car on the first use, it may be because the car's central control system has cut off power to the outlet. Note that some car models (Toyota Corolla, Yaris, Vios; Honda Fit, VE-1, Crider; Peugeot 301, 308, 401; Citroën; Kia K2, K3; Hyundai i3, Encino) are affected by this issue. Check before ordering. - If the mug displays an "ER" error, follow these steps: 1) Long press the "I" and "-" buttons for over 5 seconds, 2) The LCD will show "3", 3) Use the "-" button to select "2", 4) Press "I" to confirm the setting.

Avoid water entering the plug, and keep it dry.
The cigarette plug may be initially difficult to insert due to the large copper contacts on both sides, designed to increase current transfer and speed up heating. With a little patience, it will plug in smoothly.
